Catholic Finance Corporation

Catholic Finance Corporation (CFC) was founded in 2000 to promote the growth and financial health of Catholic institutions in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. CFC has developed into a full service financial and management advisory firm assisting over 75% of the parishes and schools in the Archdiocese, as well as the Archdiocese itself and other Catholic institutions. In addition, CFC manages a revolving loan fund to assist parishes and schools in their capital improvement projects. The income from the loan fund has allowed CFC to offer its advisory services at fees well below market rates and, in many instances, on a pro bono basis.

CFC’s staff is comprised of seasoned experts in the areas of finance, banking, management and operations, accounting, and parish and school finances and operations. Remaining alert to the ever-changing needs of our clients and market conditions, CFC prides itself on responding quickly to current challenges and delivering best in class service. We value our ability to offer independent advice and provide clear counsel, revealing options that our clients may not have otherwise considered.

With a sincere desire to serve our clients, CFC is fiercely committed to protecting their interests with honesty and transparency. We strive to deliver true value. CFC works closely with our clients to provide sound professional advice and to design and execute plans that foster long-term viability and sustainability.

For many Catholic institutions, CFC is the right partner for these times.
